Should I be there for the Inspection?
We recommend the buyer be present for the inspection.  Any questions that arise can be discussed at that time.

How long will the inspection take?
The Basic Visual Inspection takes approximately 2 hours on site.  The Onsite Sewer System and Water Quality Inspections take approximately 2 hours on site.

When combined, these can be done in 3 to 3 and ½ hours on site.

If both Inspectors are present for the same inspection we can accomplish the inspections in about half the time.

A Mold Inspection takes about the same time as a Basic Visual Inspection and mold sampling will take approximately 20 minutes per sample.

When will I receive my report?
The basic Visual Inspection, and the On-site Sewer and Water Quality
Inspections normally take one working day.   Mold Samples can take up to 7
days for the Lab results to be complete.

My Report? 
The report is a computerized document , in a detailed narrative style.  The report has a section on major repairs, minor repairs, and upgrades, we utilize Digital Photo’s of any questionable areas. 

What if I have Questions?
     That’s very simple, call us. We keep the records on file in the office, along
     with any digital photos taken. There is no charge for this continued support.
